Ghana Bolga Baskets

This genuine Bolga baskets are exclusivety woven by the indigenous Gurune people around the town of Bolgatanga in Northen Ghana.                                                                           For many generations, weaving has been a traditional skill of Gurune people of northern Ghana.Mostly done by women, basket weaving and other handicrafts supplement these subsistence farmers incomes.
